Esther and HR have already heard and seen Nahum’s findings concerning the death of Mohammed Aldure, have found them of journalistic value for them and have obliged not to make use of any material and/or knowledge brought to them by Nahum without his written permission. ההסכם מ-2001 לא יצא לפועל עקב התנגדות גורמים בכירים במשרד החוץ ובדובר צה"ל למחקר שהוכיח שהארוע בויים וא-דורה לא נפגע. מצורף העמ' הראשון בהסכם.
AGREEMENT
Duly made and executed on
the 3rd of June, 2001
By and Between
Hessischer Rundfunk.
a company organized under
the laws of the State of Germany (hereinafter "HR"),
and
Esther Shapiro
A producer who works for HR
and duly represents HR in this contract
(hereinafter "Esther").
of
the first part
and
Nahum Shahaf
I.D. No. «ID»
residing at Ramat-Gan,
Israel
(hereinafter the "Nahum")
of
the second part
WHERE HR is duly represented by
Esther ; and
WHERE Esther is an experienced producer of Documentary films and
TV programs, who works for HR; and
WHEREAS Esther and HR
desire to interview Nahum on the terms and conditions set forth herein and
Nahum desires to enter into this Agreement on such terms and conditions; and
WHEREAS Nahum’s findings
and conclusions as will be presented by him in the interview are unique, are
showing his own perception of the events in question and are based on his
research and express his own opinion and no other entity’s opinion , governmental
or private; and
WHEREAS Esther and HR have
already heard and seen Nahum’s findings concerning the death of Mohammed Aldure,
have found them of journalistic value for them and have obliged not to make use
of any material and/or knowledge brought to them by Nahum without his written
permission.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and undertakings of the parties, it is hereby agreed that:
