this is the agreement i have with you. i see nothing here that prevents me from speaking.

I, Richard Landes, agree that the material that Nahum Shahaf is sending

me today, January 7, 2004, which includes a newly revised version of the

Geneva movie, and some additional scenes from his video archive, will

only be used by me or someone who has signed this agreement.

My agreement includes all other material that I got in the past and I'll

get in the future (the Geneva Movie and some Power points on the

al-dura).

My possession in no way prejudices Nahum Shahaf from claiming full

copyright to these materials and to profit from them as he should. I

will not use these materials for personal profit, but rather to create

the momentum necessary for this issue to come before the public.
