The boy is alive!
Four different positions of the same "dead boy" (can be seen in the folowing Geneva movie):
In the first picture, the boy's hand is on his belly.
In the second one, the boy is covering his face with his hand.
In the third one, the boy was caught while changing from one "death" position to another.
In the last picture, the boy changes position from laying on the side of his body, to lying on his back! Not bad for a "dead" boy.
Between the first two "death" positions, the camera man was giving the "take two" sign, used by professionals to signal the repeat of a scene:

The method
• Dozens of staged events occurred around a-Dura
• Hundreds of staged events occurred in the area
• Staged events in front of the camera became the winning weapon

Results
The Radio of Europe: the picture of al-dura replaced the picture of the Jewish boy from Warsaw Ghetto
The UN convention in Durban, South Africa (sep 2001)
A year later (in September 2001) the UN convention in Durban against racism turned into a big demonstration of hate against Israel, with the picture of a-Dura in its center.
Declaring revenge for the a-Dura murder, a suicide bomber struck on September 9, two days after the convention.
September 11, 2001
2 days later, on September 11th, the US suffered the worst terrorist attack in its history.
The picture of al-Dura was found in the will of one of the gang leaders of the 9-11 attack
Osama bin Laden - “In killing this boy the Israelis killed every child in the world”
